I was previously running 2-4kg rod w 2500 reel and 6lb 832 which was awesome but I see the Kairiki 6lb 8 weave is down to 0.08mm compared to the 0.14 of the 832. Was hoping to get some feedback from anyone's experience with the product.</div><div><br></div><div>Cheers in advance...</div></td></tr></table><br><br>What does the Kairiki 6lb braid actually test at? It certainly adds a new level of difficulty and excitement but my hookup rate has increased exponentially due to having the extra touch. It is a combination of the line and the light rod but would highly recommend it however you do lose fish from time to time breaking at your uni knot after say 50 fish or from over tightening on the drag.</span></div></td></tr></table><br><br>What rod are you using? we now sell carbon 8ft softbait rods that are very, very light and so sensitive that we can feel a fish fart<img src="https://www.fishing.net.nz/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" alt="LOL" title="LOL" /><img src="https://www.fishing.net.nz/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" alt="LOL" title="LOL" /><br></td></tr></table><div><br></div><div>I am using a Daiwa Generation Black Instant Noodle 7ft 2 piece 1-2kg which I have matched with the new penn conflict 1000 bought from USA.
