A fish flapping around dragging hooks with it will only end up impaling someone. With a single hook at least you know it is in the fish's mouth.</P><P>I would go with the single hook at the back.</P><P>Uffy.</P>]]>

One of the techniques I plan on using is popper fishing but the thought of 2 trebles jumping around when I get the kingie to the yak is a bit of an issue.<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>So</DIV><DIV>Do poppers still work as effective with the trebles removed and replaced with 1 assistant hook?</DIV><DIV>Is the best position to attach it the middle area or like from most jigs the nose of the popper?</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>regards</DIV>]]>
