The guy was splicing his leader in to the braid it was very impressive, there was no knot at all in his rig. He was also using it as a sleeve to splice normal braid to leader which was also bloody impressive. <br><img src="uploads/52343/Blackwater_splice.jpg" height="337" width="450" border="0" /><br>I can get some in if there is a demand for it....<br>]]>

I don't use it now just because the Jigman and Varivas braids I've also got are that much thinner for the same nominal breaking strain and easier to use with colour bands.<br>Has anyone tried the Blackwater spectra hollow core&nbsp; 16 strand braid from the USA? It aint cheap but hollow core offers some nice advantages for leader connection.<img src="https://www.fishing.net.nz/forum/smileys/smiley25.gif" border="0" alt="Questi&#111;n" /> <br>]]>
