I have my own little business where I search the internet for people. Sounds a little funny I know, but there's a market for it and I'm the only one online who does it. You name I'll find it for you.

OK. The only thing under the dash is an evaporator, but that won't cause the compressor to break. If you need a compressor and an evaporator i have been quoted $295 for the compressor and $350 for the evaporator. $175 for a regas and about 10 hours labour $680.  Total $1500 + gst. Yes it had AC, all the bits are there. The guy said the compressor broke due to something under the dash not working. The cost would be in the labour to get into the dash??
