The thing about riggers you can run the halyards from the tip to the base, but not above the tip. :)</div><div>&nbsp;</div>]]>

If you can ahieve that no lures tangle and you can do very tight U turns without tangling. Just makes life a whole lot easier.]]>

Or would I be better getting some side rigging boom poles? I basically want to widen the spread a bit having trolled end of last summer with no riggers, sometimes 4 rods for albies, I'm surprised I didn't get tangles.&nbsp;<div><br></div><div>I'm keen to have a go at something bigger so had been thinking about 'riggers - but want to spend bare minimum...and have the least fussy set up possible...any thoughts on how much it would cost to set myself up? I've got a 5.5 with a hardtop with rocket launchers on it. &nbsp;</div>]]>
