Hi All,

I have family now living out by Grahams beach. Is there a good spot I can launch a from? I only have a car so in sand launching would be hard. I have no intention or inclination of going over the bar.
I have always fished out of Kawakawa Bay, so it can be too far for family to attend sometimes. And I hear the Manukau can go off with Gurnard in winter!
Oh yeah... and some spots would be great too!Beer

Matakawau has a ramp but it's a little shallow and  not really all tide. Te Toro is all tide but 30mins drive from Grahams. Anywhere off Grahams Beach toward Te Toro can produce gurnard on the edges of the channels
