Like a true muppet after cleaning the boat last weekend i must have left the key on and didn't isolate the batteries. Went to go fishing today and both batteries drained. I swapped out the batteries but now the engine will turn over but wont fire. Suspect i have burnt out the fuel pump. Does anyone have any specific knowledge? Its a F115 yamaha. Cheers

Hi Martyn, my first thought in these situations is always 'is the kill switch in the correct position'? Are you in Pukekohe or thereabouts? If so I would be happy to pop out and take a look at some stage

Hi Smudge, i checked the kill switch, currently charging the batteries in case the voltage was to low. I will give them a chance to charge. Might take you up on the offer after that. Im in Waiau pa. Thanks . Also due for a service so that might be a good opportunity to get it done in winter.
