i am trying to get set for the new season boats serviced, reels re spooled $$$$ never ending.now i am after some new outriggers but they are not so easy to track down .talked to a few shops but it all starting to get a bit hard .i have some bases and i am looking for some blanks around 4.5 meters any help would be cool

I got my Kilwell ones through Bluewater Extreme in Tauranga.  Just looked at their website and they don't seem to have an online shop anymore.  Hunting & Fishing can supply the Kilwell units.  Suss out what you need from the Kilwell website, then go to H&F and give them the part numbers of the bits you need for a quote.

spoke to jon he told me its to much like hard work they never get what they order some one told me about cts fishing but there site is not that easy to follow any body no anything about them

What base's do you have? as this will dictate which poles you can use.

Measure the internal diameter of the tube, and give Kieron a call 0274861019 and he will be able to give you some options (Would go for the 15ft telescopic poles myself (if the ID of your bases will allow).

Does anyone import the SMITHS carbon outrigger poles into NZ, I brought some while in the US a while back, very nice much stiffer than the fiberglass and alloy poles and way lighter. pretty good price as well around $900US, unbolt the eyes and the are telescopic.

Just something different may be a good product to bring into NZ for someone if people are finding it hard to source them.

Got my black carbon extending riggers from Reel Rods - simple, light, look great Smile, my boats name on them, nice and stiff, delivered to my door....it was as easy as looking on his website, and phoning in the order.

Yes I thought that would be the case Kaveman, but could be a good option for someone wanting to import and be a distributor. The owner of the company told me he would ship them from Asia to save costs into NZ. Those riggers ReelRods makes sound good.
