I can see why the local farmers are up in arms the last time we were down there (November) I saw the biggest mob of Goats I have ever seen between 90 to 130 in one huge stream that never seemed to end .
Makes you wonder  if the powers that be who have made it harder for the young rural hunter too own a gun may have resulted in a feral goat explosion lets face it when young guys get into hunting you get a few years where there happy to bowl over a few goats until they get the deer or pig  addiction when they walk past goats or dis courage the Kuri,s at looking at the smelly b@#tards.

I gave Espresso something like 10-15kg of venison to play with, last week he dropped off a heap of pastrami. 9 days curing, 14 hours in the smoker?

Well, I thought the pastrami was good, then i tried the bacon. It was awesome, kind of sweet and smoky. On toast with cream cheese and pepper. Espresso, well done! Delicious
